Lawn Care Page

Why do our lawns look better than our competitors' lawns?

We only apply premium fertilizer in our lawn application programs with extra additives to enhance your lawn.  One of these additives will stimulate root growth and the other is a fertilizer stabilizer.  The results of the root stimulator are shown in the pictures on the right.  The bottom line is you get a stronger root system and a healthier lawn that keeps its dark green color longer.

The most commonly used fertilizer by lawn maintenance companies contains 25-50% slow release nitrogen.  The fertilizer we use not only contains a root stimulator, but is also 100% stabilized so our lawns keep their dark green color longer.

A few years ago we noticed the fertilizer we were applying allowed the lawns to lose their dark green color between applications.  Since we started using the new enhanced fertilizer, our lawns stay dark green between applications.  Many customers also tell us their lawn mower is used less often. We won't consider using a cheaper fertilizer again because the results are well worth the extra cost. If you want your lawn to look like the one above, call us today to sign up for one of our lawn application programs.

& Trimming

Core Aeration

Picture
Walk behind aerator pokes holes in the lawn and pulls out a "plug" of thatch and soil.  This hole allows air, water, and nutrients into the root zone for a healthier, better looking lawn.

Core Aeration

After we are finished, the plugs lay on top of the lawn and are melted into the thatch by natural rainfall.

This is also a good time to overseed thin areas of your lawn.  Aeration holes are an excellent environment for seed germination.

We install and service Toro, Rain Bird, and most other brands of lawn irrigation systems, including systems that pump water directly out of a lake.
